At Fit 4 Change Collective, every piece is made with purpose.
We create our wearable art on demand through our manufacturing partner, to reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

That means your order is made especially for you.

Delivery Information

Production Time

All items are made to order.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your piece to be created before it is shipped.

During new drops or high-volume periods, production times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience — ethical production takes a little more time.

Shipping Timeframes

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (if selected at checkout)

International

  • 7–21 business days depending on location

Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you have not received tracking within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference changes

We encourage you to carefully review our size guide before placing your order.

This made-to-order model helps us reduce waste and stay aligned with our values.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description

If approved, we will organise a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • An item is confirmed faulty and cannot be replaced, or

  • The issue cannot be resolved with a replacement.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started (usually within a few hours of purchase).

If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
