Refund Policy

Overview

At Fit 4 Change Collective, each garment is made to order through our production partner, Tapstitch. This helps us reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

Because items are made especially for you, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

However, we fully comply with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size chosen

  • Preference changes

  • Accidental orders

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is significantly different from the description

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is the wrong item

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

If approved, we will arrange:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A refund if a replacement is not possible

Minor Issues

If the issue is considered minor, we may offer a replacement rather than a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun (this usually happens within a few hours of ordering).

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before production starts.
