OUR STORY

Fit 4 Change Collective was founded by Bailey Webster with a simple belief that every young person deserves access to the mental health support they need and deserve.

Created from lived experience and a passion for making a difference, Fit 4 Change Collective exists to raise awareness of youth mental health, amplify young voices, and support initiatives that improve outcomes for young people across Australia.

Too many young Australians face barriers when trying to access support. Long wait times, limited services, financial challenges, and a lack of youth representation can leave young people feeling unheard and unsupported.

Instead of waiting for change, we decided to create it.

Fit 4 Change Collective is a youth-led Australian social enterprise that uses creativity to create positive impact. Through wearable art, youth-produced media, advocacy, and community initiatives, we give young people opportunities to share their stories, express themselves, and be part of important conversations.

Everything we do is guided by one goal. To create a future where young people feel seen, heard, valued, and supported.

Our clothing is designed to start conversations. Our publications provide a platform for young voices. Our initiatives help raise awareness and support organisations working to improve youth mental health across Australia.

We believe young people should be involved in shaping the future and leading change in their communities.

Every purchase, partnership, and project helps us move closer to a future where every young Australian can access the support they need to thrive.

Our Vision

A future where every young person in Australia has access to quality mental health support and the opportunity to thrive.

Our Mission

To empower young people, amplify lived experience, and create positive change for youth mental health through storytelling, wearable art, advocacy, and community action.

Join the Movement

Fit 4 Change Collective is more than a brand.

It is a community of young people, supporters, organisations, and communities working together to create positive change for youth mental health.

Together, we can wear the movement and create a better future for young Australians.
