Fit 4 Change Collective is an Australian-based youth-led social enterprise offering made-to-order apparel and wearable art collections.

All products are manufactured and fulfilled through our production partner, Tapstitch.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You have permission from a parent or guardian

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products & Made-to-Order Model

All items are made to order. This means:

  • Production begins after your order is placed

  • Slight variations in colour or print placement may occur

  • Production and shipping times are estimates

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not enter production until payment is received.

We are not responsible for additional international customs fees, duties, or taxes.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Production delays

  • Postal carrier delays

  • Customs processing

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Refunds & Returns

Because items are made to order, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference changes

However, you are entitled to remedies under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, you must contact us immediately after placing your order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Designs

  • Artwork

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Branding

is the property of Fit 4 Change Collective and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

This includes artwork submitted by youth contributors unless otherwise stated.

9. User Submissions

If you submit artwork, writing, or creative content:

  • You confirm the work is your own

  • You grant us permission to use it for magazine, wearable art, marketing, and promotional purposes

  • You understand we may edit content for formatting or clarity

Specific agreements may apply for featured contributors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with website security

  • Copy or scrape website content

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
