A Still Here Youth Magazine Lead for Fit 4 Change Collective is a remote, volunteer, and flexible role responsible for leading the vision, content, and production of Still Here Youth, a digital magazine focused on youth voices and mental health storytelling, while also supporting Studio 4 Youth.

This role oversees the magazine from concept to publication, ensuring it remains authentic, impactful, and aligned with the organisation’s mission of supporting youth mental health and creative expression.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the editorial direction and vision of Still Here Youth digital magazine

• Coordinating contributors, writers, artists, and young storytellers

• Overseeing the content planning, editing, and publishing process

• Ensuring all content reflects lived experience, youth voice, and mental health awareness

• Managing deadlines, issue planning, and publication schedules

• Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams on design and promotion

• Supporting contributor engagement and community storytelling initiatives

• Assisting with and contributing to Studio 4 Youth creative and youth-led projects

• Helping grow the magazine’s reach and impact within youth communities

As a remote, volunteer, and flexible position, it is designed for someone passionate about storytelling, youth advocacy, and mental health awareness, with strong editorial and leadership skills to help bring young voices to life through digital publishing and creative collaboration.
